keep smiling

Some argue that smiling keeps you in a cheerful condition but I find that my face grows tired and cramped trying to maintain the charade. Others have discussed that it comes in steps so if you feel good physically meaning you’re active with a fair sex life you get a point and the more points you obtain the higher up you move on the happy-ladder. This leads us to the next set of questions.
Do you sleep well at night and do you eat well during the day? How about engaging in aerobic activities for a least fifteen minutes a day three times a week? How’s your sex life treating you?
-Are you like me in that the more you think about the responses to these enquiries the more depressed you actually become?
Lets put an end to this. If you haven’t reached nirvana or a greater understanding of what life is after having read all of the above psychobabble then there’s probably hope for you yet, because I’m no master of Zen doctrines nor do I pretend to understand them. I’m the type of guy that knows enough about physics to know that if a tree falls in woods, regardless if anyone is around, it makes a noise. And the bigger tree is the louder the noise will be. So what was the point of this?
